Whats a good freeware keyboard remapper with a UI

    Whats a good freeware keyboard remapper with a UI. I just tried out KeyTweak and it's ncie and all but requires a restart everytime you make a change and for someone who plays as many MMOs as me that can be problematic because some MMOs like ACE Online lack in game keybinding menus. So if I have to restart the system everytime I change games or want to go back to defaults it would become a pain.
