Anyone have a good online video capture (fee) program they recommend?

CamStudio. v2.7.2
Used with the x264 codec or its own Lossless codec it really cant be beaten for simplicity, exceptional quality and filesize.....and its open source too!

Its so good there are some fake versions, so if you try it make sure you download only from the official CamStudio site.

The Lossless codec is also available from there.

Record direct to mp4 to keep the filesize down.

Very true, although that does link to an older version, (r316), and not the latest version, (r326).

Should this be updated then of course, MajorGeeks is the best place for download.

In software, newest is not always the best. I would recommend the older, more stable release to the OP.
