    How to fix this problem? I have tried to search for "AUTORUN.INF" at my computer but could not locate any files contained
    "shellexecute=Boot.exe
    shell\Open\command=Boot.exe e " where I could delete them.

    You double clicked a thumbdrive. That will, usually, show the files on it.
    Is the thumbdrive supposed to be bootable? What program or method did you use to make it bootable?
