where could i get updated bios for this?

    I have an older IBM think pad i am trying to update some
    Model#IBM2656AUG
    Memory 128
    OS version#5.00
    Bios version# IFETA9WW{1.190}
    Bios Date# 05/02/2002


    Got any ideas and it only has one drivers so could you suggest how to go about flashing the new bios?
