Where To Get The Newest DirectX ?

    Where can I download the newest version of DirectX? The newest version I can find is 9.0, even at MS.

    The most current version ran fine on my computer before I reinstalled XP after a format. Just in case, is it easy to rollback?

    the version on windowsupdate.com is the latest non-beta version.
