which program can read the text tags, EXIF Metadata, of photo's?

Hi, you could try a online tool such as this one http://regex.info/exif.cgi

Or you could download a tool form Microsoft that will add to the right click context menu from here http://www.pixel-shooter.com/forum/showthread.php?t=3469

If you mean photo editors/viewers, any one of these fits the bill.

• XnView Full
• IrfanView
• FastStone MaxView
• FastStone Image Viewer(my default viewer)
