Who can tell me how to uninstall Kaspersky completely? It’s driving me crazy!

Yesterday I wanted to uninstall Kaspersky and installed the Norton instead, my PC required me to uninstall K completely and then I was able to install N, but I had uninstall K beforehand, is that any K’s remnant in my PC? I have spent my whole night to handle it. It drives me crazy! Asking for computer whiz to uninstall Kaspersky in my PC.:crybaby
