wierd errors when i open setup files i download from internet

    mozilla gets an " unspecified error" winzip gets an error saying the file is damaged and its not because all the other setup things say the same thing.

    what is the problem here. i just gave my computer to comp usa to fix my cd rom and internet problem and they did. now this problem.
