   I have a motherboard that will take up to an athlon xp2600 w/fsb 266. Will a xp2400 that's 333 fsb work on it (at the lower fsb of course)?

   Yes as long as the core is the same, a Barton won't normally work unless the board supports XP-M Barton CPU's
