will gtx titan or gtx 780 work

im currently using gtx 480 on my pc right now hp xw6600 and its using pci-e


i want to get a better card and i want to know will either of the cards i mentioned work without issues?


and since theyre both roughly the same price should i get gtx 780 or titan?

 

Could you please post the make, model and any other specs, especially power supply specs of your current configuration? The new video cards you're looking into may require an upgrade to the PSU AND increased cooling capacity.

 

Well it has a 650w psu and its got 2x xeon e5450 so its a workstation. I got a zalman z9 case. One aide case has lots of holes. Currently the side the gpu blow out so good airflow.

 

i want to get a a titan superclocked version. does that require specialist cooling aid or can it run on its own?
