    Hi Geeks,
Since installing Win 10, I have a problem with removing the metadata in any photos in my Explorer folders.
Whenever I attempt to create a copy of a photo removing ALL possible properties, I get a pop-up informing me that:
"The action can't be completed because the file is open in COM Surrogate".
    [See screenshot below]
Does anyone know what this is and why this is happening? It never happened in Win 7 or 8.1. It's very frustrating.
Oddly enough, it allows me to remove certain parts of the metadata but never allows me the option to remove ALL.
    Any help greatly appreciated.
    Thanks in advance.
