Win 7 error 1303

    Just recently I started getting an error 1303 when installing some programs (Update Libre Office and tried Open office). Over the past several days, I have tried all that has been recommended with regard to permissions in folders, files etc.

    Yes, I did that. After hours of working with security (and sacrificing 2 goats to Bill gates), I was able to get Libre Office yo instal. I had to reinstall JRE also, but it works.
