Win server 2003 system error

    We have 3 clients running win xp pro sp2. 2 have wireless connections and cause no problems. One is wired directly into the D-Link wireless router. When this one PC logs onto the network, the server craps out. The event viewer shows system error type 102 catagory 1003. When I log onto this PC locally, the server runs fine, but when I go to save files to the share it craps out again? Any ideas on what is causing the server to fail????
