win xp bsod irp complete requests

i can boot into safe mode but any other i get the multiple irp complete requests bsod including safe mode with networking.

here is what i have tried

new harddrive with windows image
replaced ram
booted into safe mode and removed all bootup services and startup
booted to windows cd and got same bsod
disk check (found errors) on old drive
scanned for malware in safe mode (found none)
reset bios to original A04 (current is A10

dell optiplex 755

windows will boot but will stop right after the final windows splash screen comes on.

WHAT ELSE SHOULD I TRY?????

 

From looking around, it is a driver problem. What is listed as causing the BSOD? That will tell you what driver needs to be replaced by something newer or maybe older.
