Windbg Error - Need help badly

Windbg is not working correctly. I have been browsing the internet for hour straight with no success.

Please help me figure out why my symbols files are not loading.

I keep getting this message:

Here is the complete dialogue. I'd be really appreciative if someone could help. The file DXTDD.dll is not a windows file by the way, it comes from a user program called DXTweaker.
