Window opens briefly on all websites.

    I have a problem when i am on websites that have a picture or information and it says click on picture to enlarge. When i click on the picture or info it appears for a second and then disappears, can anyone help me please?

    I have disabled the pop up blocker but this had no affect on the window opening up. It must be a setting somewhere but i don't know how to find it.

    Thanks for any help forthcoming.
