Windows 10 Photo Editor

    Is there a free editor or website that I can use to blend my pics?
    I am looking for something I can use to put myself into pictures
    and not look like a bad cutout pasted in..

    Hi

    If you could explain "blend" a bit more then we can narrow this down as what you mean could be different to me, but I would guess you mean blend tow or more pictures together seamlessly so they look like one picture?

    If so and for many photo options Photoshop is perfect but pricy, so free alternative is The GIMP which is a photoshop clone but FREE. Also has loads of guides HERE and HERE

    Agree with David that it needs more explanation of intent, but if what he guesses is right, then Microsofts own Photo Gallery has a function that will merge two (or more) photos together to get the best one, or take out someone or put them in.
    You can find it under the Create tab, called Photo Fuse.

    I find paint.net is very useful. It is similar to Photoshop in layout.
    Or Gimp if you have more time.
