Windows 10 - Taskbar Issues

    New laptop. Dell Inspiron. Windows 10. The lower right portion of the taskbar (where the time, battery indicator, and wifi symbol are) keeps bouncing left about an inch and then right about an inch. It doesn't hurt anything but its annoying. What is causing this and how do I stop it?

    If you right click the taskbar, is Lock the Taskbar checked?

    No - not locked. But it still bounces if I lock it. This is in the lower right, notification area, and it moves left about a half inch and then back. No other icons pop up it just bounces around.

    Seems to be fixed - at least for now. Not sure exactly what did it. I disabled a couple of things from startup and turned off MalwareBytes real-time function. I may have had competing anti-virus things going on.

    Thanks for your help - if it comes back I will be back on.
