Hi. I read the other threads but started this one since I couldn't "post reply" to them. I ran the frst64.exe as described by thisisu and have the frst.txt. I now need the fixlist.txt so I can run the repair. Can someone please review my frst.txt to generate the fixlist.txt? Thank you so much.

I had to move your post from software ( never piggyback someone else's thread!!) and then merge it into this thread. Keep all your replies in this thread.

Now I will look at your log.

We need some additional information so that we can replace an infected system file.

Boot to System Recovery Options and run FRST again.
Type the below bolded text in the edit box after "Search:".

    services.exe

    Then click the Search button.

It will make a log (Search.txt) on the flash drive. Please attach this log to your next reply.

Save fixlist.txt to your flash drive.

    • You should now have both fixlist.txt and FRST.exe on your flash drive.

Now reboot back into the System Recovery Options as you did previously.
Run FRST and press the Fix button just once and wait.
The tool will make a log on the flashdrive (Fixlog.txt).
Please attach this to your next message. (See how to attach)

Now boot into normal Windows can continue with the below.

    Running MGTools.

Thank you for the file. Ran FIX and obtained the log as attached. Windows will still not boot up from the C drive. Please advise.

We have removed all the malware, so it is time for you to post in the software forum for additional assistance.
