    Hi,

Hypothetically speaking, let's say I have a file on the network, this file is used once a month and it contains stats or something. Every month it is opened and then when ready a file - save as to give it a new name.

It always defaults to the my documents setting of who is currently opening the file. Is there a way to make it default to the directory that it was originally opened from?

    thanks for your time

    Craig:-o

    Hi

It's likely possible to change the default save location, but that is program-specific, so we'd need to know what program (and version of the program) you are using to open/save the file in.
