Windows 7 - folders now appear with 'padlocks' yet i'm the only account on laptop.

Hi everyone,

The guys from the malware forum said i should post this issue here.

I completed their malware guide (all clean), yet now some of my folders i don't have permission to access even though i'm the only user account on my lap top.
