Windows 7 Outlook error 1719

I have installed MS Office Pro plus 2010 and got no errors while installing. I still have MS Excel & Word 2003 on the laptop but the install seems to have overwritten outlook 2003. None of the startup up shortcuts to any of the modules work so have set up desktop shortcuts instead which do work.
The major problem is every time I open Outlook now it says it wants to install VBA for Access and then goes through the install process before coming up with error 1719. The thing is the outlook is working fine, its just a pain this erro coming up every time it opens. Any fixes for this ?
Ps : Cleaned out the registry with Fixcleaner
