Windows 7 updates - issue with same update repeated

    Yesterday I updated my os windows 7 and all seem fine. Today I noticed 2 updates were same as done yesterday so installed it. Everytime I restart the system the same update is needing to be installed. I did it 3 or 4 times but it just does not fix the issue. Here is a reference to the two updates.

    Anyone encountering similar issue?

    There was an issue with these two updates last October. The general advice at the time was to uninstall/reinstall .NET Framework 4.
