Windows 8.1 JPG Properties

    Has Windows 8.1 changed the way properties for JPGs are edited?

    In Windows 8, JPG properties were edited on the Details tab of the Properties. However, after updating to Windows 8.1, the Details tab is information only.

    How do I change the JPG properties?

    Its always been like that. You must have had something additional installed to do that.

    Actually, on Windows 7 I can change all kinds of details in the JPG properties: Title, Subject, Tags, Comments, Authors, etc.

    So does 8.1. But the read only ones which I presume the OP is trying to edit have always been read only, even in 7.

    bbsan: please clarify, can you edit items like Title etc.? Or nothing at all?
