Windows 8, Steam, And A Game That Won't Run

Steam gamers? My kids use this computer to play Steam games, and a new update to Terraria came out today. He tried to install and run it, but it won't run. Here is the details of the crash:

We have uninstalled and reinstalled both the .XNA and the .NET framework. Went into the settings, and turned on everything in the .NET framework that is defaulted to off, but still get the same error.

My Windows is up to date.

Anybody?

Update to my own post: Fixed it by uninstalling my Comodo Anti-virus & Firewall. Apparently they don't play well together.
