Windows Creator Updated Now Browsers Won't Load/connect To Web

Hi, I am not tech savvie so bear with me. Windows Creator update last night and when rebooted computer today, chrome would open but not load and will not connect to internet. Thought problem with chrome and tried suggested fix by rebooting in safe mode and disabling hardware accelaration in settings on chrome, but did not work. Then tried other browsers. Both ie and firefox also fail to load up. Help!

Is your system connected to the internet modem/router via a physical Ethernet cable or WiFi?
Go into Device Manager > Network Adapters - open that up - and see whether there are any yellow warning '?' marks.
To access Device Manager right click on the bottom far left windows Tile icon and choose Device Manager.
