Windows has encountered a critical issue system will restart

I keep getting this message every time I start up my laptop.

I've tried to stop the restarting by pressing f8 and then "disable automatic restart"
I've tried going through cmd > shutdown -a
, going through computer > properties > and then unchecking automatic restart
Still, the problem persists, even in safe mode.

I've also done scans with spybot, malwarebytes, and microsoft security essentials. They detected a few things, but the problem still continues.


Does anyone have a solution, because this one has me stumped.

 

I've seen other threads with similar problems.

While I may not be able to load the recommended programs, I've managed to run farbar through system recovery options, as another user did. Here are the texts I got through it. The first one was a normal scan, and the second was searching for "services.exe"

Attached is fixlist.txt

• Save fixlist.txt to your flash drive.
• You should now have both fixlist.txt and FRST64.exe on your flash drive.

Now re-enter System Recovery Options.
Run FRST64 and press the Fix button just once and wait.
The tool will make a log on the flashdrive (Fixlog.txt).

Now attempt to boot normally.
