Windows hook up after Loading Screen

Hi there,

yesterday is started my computer, but after the Windows Bootlogo disapears is get the following error message:

C00021a
The Window Login Process system process terminated unexpectedly with a
status of 0x80000007. The system has been shutdown.

i dont know what to do... i can boot in Safe mode an run some diagnostic tool / remove tools, but they didn find anything...

Sure i can reinstall Windows from scratch, but i dont want to ^^

I had no problems with spy/malware for years, and now this...

Do you have any solution for me?
I tryed to google for a solution, but i did not find anything helpfull...

I tryed this, but Drwatson shows nothing, i think its because windows crashes before the logon process and loading of background programs..

What is wondering me is, that i havent installed any hard or software last week, just did nothing than playing PC-Games...

To post in this forum i installed windows on my 2nd hard drive, but i want my old configuration back
