   a new internet explorer window. it wants me to allow or dont allow... I dont know what it is or how to stop it. It started last night sometime after I downloaded something off of Limewire. and this is a new laptop and i havent completly figured out how to use it.
   
   what is that and how do i get it to stop poping up everytime...
