Windows ME executable icon needed...

Hi,
I'm new here so I do hope that you can help. My son, who is 16, likes to venture to the places that most young men do, but in doing so he has messed up my computer. I cannot defrag, cannot use my system tools for that matter.

Windows ME was installed on my computer by a tech and I don't know what the "icon" or words to look for ME are. I found it quite by accident one other time and had hoped not to need it again. When I last found it, I was able to use the exe to bring back those missing items in my system tools.

Any hints would be welcomed.
