windows media player 11 doesnt play DVD

    When i attempt to play a dvd the dvd is regonized by media player but it plays it with all the titles shown on the right but without no picture at all. Then after about a minute it comes up with an error message and closes down.
    Is there a fix it tool for windows media player 11.
