windows sercurity updates in add and remove programs

    hi everyone first posting dont really know anything about computers but i was wondering in my add and remove programs i have loads of security updates for windows last one being on the 18 /1/09 first one being on the 19 /1 /2008 do i need them all in there? or am i meant to unistall them lol i really do me it when i say i dont no much at all about my pc

    Are you just browsing to get a feel of your computer?
