Windows Server 2003

Ok heres my problwm. I have my domain sertup, homedomain.com. I made a child domain, storage.homedomain.com. My domain controller for storage.homedomain.com died and i did not get to remove it using dcpromo. I have 2 domain controllers for homedomain.com How can i remove the storage.homedomain.com from my network without having the server. It is an orphaned child domain and doesnt need to exist anymore.
