Windows wont open C:

    When I goto my computer then double click the c: drive pops up a OPEN WITH dialog box. This just started, please help. Thanks

    The only thing that I have downloaded and installed lately was AVG, the free version. After I noticed the problem, I then uninstalled it and still the same thing.
