windows XP crashing

    I recently refurbished my PC and installed Windows XP home edition sp3 and Ubuntu 8.10 with the help of Wubi
    Ubuntu is working without any problems
    My windows keep on crashing. like system freeze and sometimes restarts without warning.
    I am attaching the .dmp and the .xml file created when it restarted.
    I believe all the hardware specifications are mentioned in those files.
    Thank you for your help

    NB: Please note that first attachment is actually a .dmp file and second one is a .xml file.
    Rename those to see more details.
