Windows XP Limited Accounts

    Can and how does an Admnistrator change display setting such as the power options on a users account that is set to limited?

    Log in as Administrator.

    Go to Control Panel.
    Activate icon "User Accounts"
    Pick said user then set the user to an Administator account type.

    Log in as the user then change the settings needed.
    Log back in as Administrator and change the user back to "Limited"

    Only way I know of doing this.
