I can no longer click on a link in my emails or within some pages and go to where I want to go. So if it's a link that doesn't specify the exact internet address, I can't go there.

I was cleaning up files and deleted a file that I think contained this.

Can anyone help me find this file and reinstall it?

    Thanks,

I would first check to be sure your browser is registered as the default browser. And that your email program is registered as your default email.
This simple setting fixed this same problem for me. My limited understanding is that this setting allows Windows to pass information between Browser and Email.
    Good luck.
