windows xp russian - english on a recovery disc iso

hi.. i have a msi recovery disc (which is supposed to be a multilanguage)
this is an iso image .. when installing xp the only option i get is russian .. and ithere is a russion folder in a file named 0419 /RUS on the iso and a notepad doc which looks like this

Caption=1. Russian
Caption=2.
Caption=3.
Caption=4.
Caption=5.
Caption=6.

the notepad is called MLXP_DVD1

now i'm asuming this means the command for the pop up menu when asked for choose language ..

so i'm wondering if i could may use caption 2 and call it ENGLISH and obtain a english language folder and put it in the 0149 folder on the iso .. and this would give the option to choose english install ?? .. maybe i could ge tthe folder from a copy of xp ... is this possible ??
