    Hello
I got this windows seven machine today with C: deleted but the factory
    recovery partition is still there.
Now i wanna install a bigger HDD but i still wanna used the same factory
partition to recover. now my plan was to copy the recovery partition
to the new HDD and then just boot to the recovey partition

Now do i need to make two partitions on the new HDD one small one
for recovery partition and one for the OS

Do i need to used any special tools for this are can i just used copy and
    paste

I think it would be easier to restore the data to your current drive from the recovery partition and then clone the drive to the larger drive with cloning software like Easeus Disk Copy or Todo backup.

Edit: once the drive is cloned, you will have to extend the system partition because the size of the cloned drive will be identical to the original drive.
