wintv not working...

hi, installed the wintv-go plus. i've been emailing the tech support there, but we're just going in circles and nothings working.

the wintv starts up ok....just when i try to make it as big as my screen, it just has a black screen...with audio.

i've updated the drivers for the wintv, uninstalled and re-installed. i've downloaded the new directx...updated my viewsonic driver....i'm not good at this computer stuff, so i'm not sure what kind of video driver i would need...i've installed the new video driver from the wintv website. i've got a "intel (R) 82810 graphics controller", i dunno if that helps you...
i'm working on windows xp pro.
with a 80 GB hard drive...

If you are using that card to watch satellite tv, (just my guess) maybe you need something more like My theatre? software... Any way, I guess your question is not alowed in this forum, google it!!!
