Not sure if I am doing this correctly and I do apologize if I am not.
Last year I was one of your winners in the "WinX DVD Ripper Platinum Giveaway". Now for some reason my key does not work.
When I use it , it says it is invalid.:banghead

It is only one computer and has been less than one year (July).
Since my post I have been trying the FREE version. No luck. It has the option to go to folder for files (files are right format) when clicking START to begin conv. process, it refers me to click on disk? (meaning? no more go to folder?) idk. lol

 

What I want to do is convert some ts files on my computer to mpeg4 or possibly avi. Is there another program out there I can use that is free?
