winxp comp on the brink, couldn't bring into safe mode

Hi

my computer is suffering. First I couldn't connect to the net - couldn't obtain IP wired or wireless and I tried a number of ipconfig tricks and the winsock dos thing. Nothing worked. Then I started getting BSOD's and in an attempt to thoroughly root out the malware I tried to get into safemode which proved impossible. Luckily I still have access to Windows but not being able to get on the net is making the cleanup task frustrating.

Based on some materials I gathered about what you require here's my logs and computer info:

Acer Travelmate laptop 8200, 2 gig ram, Centrino Duo
Windows XP SP3
a 120 gig hd partitioned in two

I had alot of trouble with the cleanup steps,

Neither superantispyware nor malwarebytes found anything.
MGTools did not produce the zip file. The UAC diable command didn't work properlyu so I couldn't "Run as Admin"
The combofix thing also failed...
