My laptop does not shut down completely if there is a CD in the drive. I am left with a lit blank screen. I must then unplug to restart.
I have an external DVD drive attached and it doesn't affect the shutdown if there is a DVD in the drive.
I have run my anti-virus, anti-spyware and registry cleaner --- to no avail.
Is it something to do with profiles?
