wireless adapter card Q?

I have a Microsoft MN500 router, and a Microsoft MN520 Wireless adapter.

and i am thinking about useing a Dell TrueMobile 1150 series adapter

is there any differance in quality or anything, what makes one wireles card better than the other?

my laptop is allso dell if this makes a differance.

the reason i am asking this is cause my friend allso has a wireless notebook
but it is not a dell, he knows my MN520 works on his laptop cause he has used it, but doens't know if the DELL does, so he wants mine.

any thoughts on this?

 

Any 802.11b Brand name is OK.
