    Hello,
I am working on my wife's HP netbook. She recently was infected with the Antivirus Life malware and I used the step by step guide to remove the infection. Now we are running into a problem with the wireless connection. It is randomly disconnecting. I have Verizon fios and the 9100EM wireless router. Prior to a week or two ago, this never happened. I am thinking that this may be related to the malware previously experienced. As this is my wife's school laptop, I (we) would greatly appreciate your help. Thanks in advance. Brandon

Sorry, I forgot to mention that she runs Windows XP.

If you went thru our Read and Run First procedures, then you should attach the requested logs. Otherwise we need our crystal ball. :)
