I have been running Charter's F-Secure Suite with their internet over a cable connection. I've been using these services together since March with no problems.

I recently noticed my Wireless Network Connection Non-Operational as reported in Task Manager. In Network Connections it shows Not connected, Firewalled. After running the repair option, Network Connections reports Windows could not finish repairing the problem because the following action cannot be completed: Connecting to the wireless network.
For assistance, contact the person who manages your network. Person is me and I haven't a clue!

    I did notice HJT reports
010 - Broken Internet access because of LSP provider 'winsflt.dll' missing.
I do have winsflt.dll file in C:\WINDOWS\system32 and also in
    C:\Programs Files\Charter High-Speed Security Suite\FSPC

Poking around the internet I've found many instances of same and all have Charter Security Suite....coinsidence?

Any help or ideas how to repair greatly appreciated.
