Wireless speaker system

Is anyone aware of a system that would allow me to connect my laptop wireslessly to speakers?

I have a wiresless network in my house that allows me to sit with my laptop anywhere in the house wire free.

Can I buy speakers that can also use this network or some sort of wireless capability that allows me to control my music from my laptop without needing to plug anything into the laptop that connects the speakers?
