WLan card bus cannot be installed?

    I bought this card brand new, like cheap $20 bucks. It's a Ashton Digital card, theres no wizard like they say. I tried installing it from " new hardware wizard" but the damn thing says" file cannot be specified " im like wTF? this is a 802.1.1B WLan bus for a laptop, i tried everything to install this card. any help is appreciated
