Wont Boot Can't Even Get Beep Out Of Speaker

    Running a soyo 5EHM mobo. Only have power supply and HD hooked to it, and still can't get speaker to beep. Yes, I have second speaker in now, neither will beep. Both should be good. I have no hair left! What to do?
