Would you help w/ Coulomb dialer removal/repair problems?

Hello. I should mention there were a couple pre-existing problems. 1) computer was accidently loaded with home not pro. 2) a on-line- diagnostic from hp broke(?) 3) problems since the last firefox upgrade. The computer is an hpzv6130 . We have been using xp,firefox,avg,kerio. --The keyboard is balky about filling in this forum post-----The computer had been a little difficult about going to urls I wanted, pages that looked right... This morning the computer couldn't login to some secure sites.Some grey thing wanting me to skip the trust certificate deal. No way. So I ended up using adaware to remove the Coulomb dialer and tried to follow all the malware removal page stuff.I got most of it right. Mostly I couldnt use safe mode and may have messed up the getrunkey and shownew but have done all the page. The bitdefender log is missing and showed nothing. Sorry about the bad typing the keyboard is fighting the writing. Let me see if I can post the logs I do have.
